Nougat is the Android version N.


Google through its official account on Google+ finally announced the name used for the next version of Android 7.0 Android Nougat.

Before the drop Android nougat; some food names suggested or predicted to be a code name such as marshmallow is nutella, Neapolitan, nutter butter, and the noodles.
